Job summary

Fintech HI.RE is hiring an Appian Solution Designer/Lead Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade Appian solutions in highly regulated financial services settings. You will lead architecture discussions, mentor teams, and drive end-to-end implementations across multiple Appian apps and integrations.

The role requires 7+ years with Appian, certification, and strong communication skills to collaborate with BA, devs, and CIO-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building with Appian and real architectural decision-making.
• Appian Certified Senior and Lead Developer (v23.x+).
• Experience in complex, regulated environments such as banking/financial services.
• Fluent with Appian objects, security models and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Appian solutions aligned with EA and digital transformation.
• Translate business strategies into scalable, composable workflows.
• Partner with architects, DevSecOps, cyber and change teams.
• Deliver complex builds across Appian apps, APIs, microservices, and mainframes.
• Mentor squads and promote reusable patterns and clean code.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated tests; use Appian DevOps tooling.
• Balance Agile and Waterfall methodologies in delivery.
