Job summary

Pickles Auctions in Sydney NSW is seeking a reliable Sales Support team member to back auction operations. This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, with a true hybrid setup (2 days in the office, 3 days from home) and supports a nationwide network of locations.

You will handle agency agreements, vendor reporting, invoicing, and admin support for sales executives, plus deliver ad hoc reporting as needed. The team offers extra leave and a company bonus program.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that agency agreements are prepared and executed in accordance with Pickles policies and procedures and instructions from sales staff.
• Ensure that vendor KPI reporting obligations are met in accordance with vendor agreements.
• Ensure that vendor invoicing requirements are met to ensure that invoices are issued and paid on time.
• Provide administrative support to sales executives with the preparation of paperwork and processing financial settlements for PVT and large consignment deals in accordance with Pickles' policies and procedures.
• Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis of sales related enquiries as required.
