Job summary

Catholic Healthcare is seeking an onboarding administrator in Lewisham, NSW. The role supports home care clients with scheduling via Procura and maintains accurate CRM records. It offers hybrid work after training, with initial full-time in-office hours and 2 days WFH later.

You will manage paperwork, update My Aged Care and PRODA, and assist sales colleagues with new opportunities, ensuring precise data handling in a fast-paced, not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration or customer relations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience using CRM systems and databases.
• Experience with Procura or similar scheduling software is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new Home Care clients.
• Translate care plans into accurate service schedules in Procura.
• Maintain client records and documentation in CRM systems.
• Ensure paperwork and approvals are received and stored.
• Update government portals like My Aged Care and PRODA.
• Support sales consultants with opportunities and referrals.
• Monitor data accuracy and escalate discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support across the sales and customer journey.
