Job summary

Better Rehab is a clinician-led organisation offering real flexibility across community, clinic and work-from-home settings. You’ll design your calendar with autonomy while receiving customised supervision and comprehensive training in Behaviour Support.

Based in Mornington, you’ll work with NDIS participants across diverse settings, supported by an experienced team and 1:1 supervision to develop your skills and career.

Qualifications

• PBS registration - Proficient suitability as a minimum.
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• Minimum of 4 years Behaviour Support experience

Responsibilities

• Based at Mornington you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
• Work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
• You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
