Job summary

St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking an Events and Community Fundraising Coordinator to support planning, coordination and delivery of fundraising initiatives and events in Lewisham, NSW. The role is permanent, full-time with travel to regional services.

You will coordinate activities with internal stakeholders, manage cash collection, and ensure accurate reconciliation of donations while maintaining strong administrative processes. NSW Driver Licence required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in marketing, fundraising and events.
• Demonstrated expertise in coordinating fundraising campaigns and overseeing projects.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Current NSW Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fundraising activities and events and work closely with internal stakeholders
• Provide administrative support including facilitation of cash collection at fundraising events
• Undertake accurate reconciliation of collection/donations to ensure funds are properly accounted for
• Travel as needed to support fundraising events in regional areas
• Flexibility to work across multiple activities and confidence to engage with internal stakeholders and donors
