Job summary

NSW Health in Sydney is seeking an entry into recruitment and workforce administration. Based at Macquarie Hospital with a hybrid work model, you will provide high-quality, customer-focused workforce services with an emphasis on recruitment and maintaining system hierarchies.

You will support compliance with legislation, policies and awards, acting as the central contact for recruitment and establishment inquiries while contributing to efficient workforce operations in a busy health service

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce administration processes and interpretation of industrial awards, policies, procedures and relevant legislative requirements.
• Demonstrated initiative, accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving ability.
• Demonstrated customer services skills with a focused and responsive approach to managing a large volume of enquiries. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high quality, customer focused workforce service with an emphasis on recruitment services and the maintenance of system organisational hierarchies.
• Provision of advice and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, procedures and awards, while acting as the key central point of contact for recruitment and establishment related enquiries
