Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Administration Officer Level 5 on a Temporary Full Time basis until 29 March 2027, based at Macquarie Hospital with a hybrid working model.

You will provide high quality, customer-focused workforce services with emphasis on recruitment and the maintenance of system organisational hierarchies, offering advice and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and awards.

Competenze

• Demonstrated understanding and experience in workforce administration processes, including interpretation and application of industrial awards, policies, procedures and relevant legislative requirements.
• Demonstrated initiative, accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving ability.
• Demonstrated customer services skills with a focused and responsive approach to managing a large volume of enquiries. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
