Job summary

Mornington Peninsula Shire is seeking a civil engineering/project management professional to deliver a portfolio of council projects from the Rosebud office. The role reports to the Team Leader - Building & Structural Projects and requires leadership of external consultants within the Shire’s delivery framework.

• A tertiary qualification in civil engineering, project management, or a similar discipline.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Council infrastructure by managing an agreed annual portfolio of projects that meet community needs and expectations.
• Engaging and supervising external consultants in line with the Shire’s delivery framework, design guidelines, procedures, and relevant industry standards.
• Assuring quality and satisfaction of the relevant objectives/stakeholder needs/legislated requirements.
