Job summary

Sunshine Coast Council is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery of medium to large infrastructure projects across the Sunshine Coast region. You will drive feasibility studies, planning, procurement and construction with strong stakeholder engagement.

You will bring a proven track record in complex capital works, excellent budgeting and communication skills, and the ability to align time, cost and quality with council goals and community needs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering medium to large infrastructure or capital works projects.
• Strong commercial, financial and project delivery expertise.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while achieving time and budget objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of medium to large capital works projects from planning to completion.
• Manage project budgets, procurement activities and contract administration.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Prepare project plans, status reports and communication strategies to support successful outcomes.
