Job summary

You will manage service transition projects, align client expectations, and work with cross-functional tech teams to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Manage day-to-day delivery of the service transition project.
• Manage customer expectations on scope, timeline and dependencies, and keep clients informed on status.
• Establish priorities to meet timeline and pipeline, setting priorities where engagements compete for the same people.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary technology teams for fast delivery to clients.
• Coordinate documentation, asset and licence registers and runbooks, facilitate knowledge transfer into the service desk and BAU teams, and run formal handover and hypercare.
• Manage project support work to deliver solutions and capabilities to meet client requirements.
• Offer specified administrative support to projects to ensure effective assistance.
• Manage and track all project financials and invoicing.
• Assist PMO with financials, RAID reporting and tracking.
• Own and update Tracking spreadsheet including rundown tasks.
