Job summary

Centorrino Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee day-to-day delivery of the service transition, coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams in Melbourne, VIC. You will manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and status communications to stakeholders at all levels.

The role requires proven project coordination experience, strong organisation, and excellent written communication to ensure tasks move to completion and client satisfaction remains high.

Qualifications

• Certification or degree in project management, information technology, business administration, or related field desirable.
• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Confidence chairing meetings with technical teams and customer executives, managing expectations when a timeline moves.
• Proven ability to follow up and ensure tasks move to completion with excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of the service transition project.
• Manage customer expectations on scope, timeline and dependencies, and inform clients and managers on status.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary technology teams for fast delivery to clients.
• Coordinate documentation, asset and licence registers, runbooks, and handover to service desk and BAU teams.
