Job summary

The Missing Link is seeking a Presales Security Architect to drive secure, scalable architectures for clients while shaping deals and engaging at executive levels. You will partner with Sales to craft winning technical strategies, design architectures aligned to security best practices, and lead workshops and proofs-of-concept across a market-leading security portfolio.

In this role you will own the pre-sales lifecycle, communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and executive audiences,

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and Zero Trust architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and modern infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to shape opportunities and define winning technical strategies.
• Design cyber security architectures aligned to customer requirements and security best practices.
• Lead workshops, solution design sessions, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
• Own the technical pre-sales lifecycle from discovery through validation and deal support.
• Act as a subject matter expert across cyber security vendor services including Zero Trust, WAF, and DDoS protection.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, architects, and engineering teams.
• Contribute to development of repeatable service offerings and go-to-market solutions.
