Zusammenfassung

Brand Collective is seeking a Head of PMO to build the Project Management Office from the ground up and align IT, Digital, data and platform initiatives into a single, prioritised technology roadmap. You will report to the COO and work closely with the GM IT, driving governance and delivery standards across major investments.

In this hands-on role, you will shape the PMO’s future structure, establish stage gates, and provide concise status updates to executives.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years' experience leading PMO, program or portfolio teams.
• Proven ability to build PMO from ground up and mature a function.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale technology transformations.

Aufgaben

• Establish the Group PMO from the ground up, focused on technology and IT transformation.
• Consolidate IT, Digital, data and platform initiatives into a single roadmap.
• Lead and coordinate the project group with clear priorities, milestones and delivery expectations.
• Own the Group roadmap and manage sequencing across the portfolio.
• Design and embed practical PMO governance and reporting cadence.
• Provide concise reporting to the COO and executives on status, risks and benefits.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, variances and benefits realization.
• Support M&A and brand integration, market/channel expansion, and supply chain transformation.
