Job summary

Blackmores Education Coordinator role based in Warriewood (NSW) supports planning and delivery of pharmacy education programs to build trust and advocacy for BioCeuticals. You will coordinate events, webinars, communications and reporting, helping deliver high-quality educational experiences to healthcare professionals.

The role is 0.8 FTE, 4 days/week, with 3 days in the office and 1 day from home, reporting to the Pharmacy Education Manager ANZ.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Business, Marketing, Administration, Education, Health Sciences, Nutrition, or related field.
• 2nd item placeholder
• Experience using digital platforms (SurveyMonkey, webinar tools, marketing automation).
• Proven ability to coordinate education or events with stakeholders.
• Strong data handling and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with Canva is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for pharmacy education events and trainings.
• Manage attendee communications, registrations and RSVPs for in-person and virtual programs.
• Support webinar delivery including scheduling and tech coordination.
• Create and analyse surveys to measure engagement and NPS.
• Administer incentives and participant rewards for programs.
• Prepare and distribute education communications and resources.
• Compile education reporting and insights for stakeholder engagement.
• Support data collection for education performance and planning.
• Coordinate packing and distribution of materials and event resources.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, suppliers and educators.
• Provide admin support to the Pharmacy Education team.
• Support process improvements across education systems.
