St John Ambulance Victoria is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner – Organisational Development to lead strategic P&C projects across the organisation. You will partner with senior leaders to drive change, innovation and workforce initiatives, and manage a diverse portfolio including talent planning, engagement, remuneration programs and inclusion.

Reporting to the GM P&C, you will guide change management, analyse workforce data, and implement people-related systems and frameworks while

Competenze

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, or related discipline.
• Proven experience leading complex HR or People & Culture projects and programs.
• Strong understanding of performance management, remuneration, reward and broader HR practices.
• Experience managing organisational change initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience interpreting legislation, governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical capability translating data into insights.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and people-related technology.
