NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Project Officer, Online Exams to support the delivery of HSC online exams and related testing. You will help develop project plans, coordinate documentation, and assist in testing and implementation, working as part of the Assessment Division at NESA.

This role requires supervising staff, WWCC clearance, a valid driver licence, and willingness to work outside normal hours across Sydney locations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver multiple project support activities under tight deadlines.
• Experience supporting high-volume, time-critical programs with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide project and operational support, including creating project plans and reporting milestones to stakeholders.
• Capture and manage documentation to ensure compliance with project management methodology.
• Undertake basic research and analysis to support decision making and planning.
• Assist the project team and Online Testing Support Officers to complete tasks and implement plans.
• Assist in system testing and test plan development at user level.
• Supervise a small team supporting schools in administering online exams.
