Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Network Engineer to own enterprise networking across 350+ sites with modern SD-WAN, Zero Trust, and multi-vendor security. You will design, deploy, and operate the network within an ITIL framework, ensuring reliable performance and protection of critical data.

The role emphasizes secure access, automation, and cross-functional collaboration with technology partners and vendors. A 12-month fixed-term contract highlights the impact and reach of the position.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise or customer-focused networks.
• Deep knowledge of SD-WAN (Meraki, Cisco) and routing.
• Experience with multi-vendor security platforms.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, ZIA, ISE, and cloud networking in Azure.
• Automation scripting with Python or Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Network Infrastructure Operations across 350+ sites, designing to deployment and ongoing support.
• Manage firewall policy updates and audits across multiple vendors.
• Implement secure remote access, VPNs, and network segmentation per governance.
• Monitor firewall logs and telemetry to detect threats and respond quickly.
• Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure resilience and minimise downtime.
• Drive automation using Python, Ansible, and Meraki APIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, MSPs and vendors to deliver upgrades on time.
