Westpac is seeking a hands‑on Enterprise Network Operations professional to support highly available services across branch, corporate and international environments. You will own network issues, collaborate with internal teams, service providers and vendors, and contribute to stability through incident recovery, change delivery and project work in a hybrid role.

Competenze

• Hands‑on experience supporting enterprise network environments in operations and projects.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Cisco SD‑WAN (Viptela) and implementing network changes.
• Knowledge of Cisco SDA Campus environments and Cisco Catalyst Centre (DNAC).
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco wireless technologies and Cisco ISE, including connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Strong routing and switching knowledge: BGP, OSPF, L2/L3, resiliency, design principles.
• DNS, DHCP, VLANs, interfaces, redundancy and firewall concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network incidents, coordinate restoration with carriers and vendors.
• Experience delivering controlled network changes: planning, testing, implementation, validation, rollback, ops transition.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident/change/problem management and service stability.
• Strong communication/documentation, independent work and knowledge sharing.
• Exposure to network automation with Python or Ansible; Jenkins/Bitbucket beneficial.
