Job summary

Front-line Resources Management P/L is seeking an experienced Senior Transport Administration and Operations professional to support the General Manager as the business grows. The role focuses on overseeing national freight and logistics operations, driving improvements, and delivering performance reports.

You will build strong carrier and client relationships, manage compliance reporting, and support planning, scheduling and resource allocation for the operations team.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel knowledge.
• Well developed operations and customer service skills.
• Dedication to safe practices and compliance.
• Prior experience with a national transport company.
• Australian Citizen or resident.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the national freight and logistics operations.
• Recognise areas and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present detailed business performance reports.
• Build and maintain excellent carrier and client relationships.
• Monitoring and managing compliance requirements and reporting outcomes.
• Controlling accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Supporting the operations team with planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
