Rugby World Cup Australia is seeking a highly organized Medical Services Coordinator to join our Sydney CBD team, reporting to the Medical Services Manager. You will plan and deliver medical services for the Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027, coordinating workforce administration, accreditation and compliance, and maintaining essential operational documentation.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in an administration, coordination or project support.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous record-keeping.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with workforce administration, onboarding and accreditation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Medical Services planning activities and key project milestones.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, accreditation and compliance for medical personnel.
• Manage communications with stakeholders, meetings, agendas and minutes.
• Prepare reports, manuals, policies and procedures to support decision making.
• Coordinate rosters, workforce databases and information distribution.
• Assist with procurement and inventory of medical equipment and supplier contracts.
• Support venue readiness, testing exercises and post‑event reporting.
