Job summary

Diageo Australia is seeking a Logistics Systems & Operations Coordinator to support the MOVE function across SAP, WMS, ASRS and EDI interfaces. You’ll work with warehouse, transport, customer service, finance, IT and 3PL partners to protect inventory accuracy and smooth logistics execution.

You’ll deliver reporting, resolve transactional issues and help lead continuous improvement across logistics operations, with a focus on system integrity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse or transport administration within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP, WMS or similar systems and transaction management.
• Strong data accuracy, reconciliations and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with warehouse, transport, customer service, finance, IT and 3PL stakeholders.
• Proficient Excel skills and ability to maintain trackers and operational reports.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; forklift licence (LF) preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP, WMS and ASRS logistics processes with accurate data and transactions.
• Coordinate inventory reconciliations, warehouse movements, shipment records and returns.
• Act as a primary contact for EDI and system interfaces; monitor failures and data issues.
• Provide system troubleshooting, master data support, defects logging and testing.
• Deliver dashboards, reporting and governance materials for MOVE leadership.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve logistics controls.
