Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist in North Sydney, NSW for a 7-month full-time temporary assignment. You will lead the day-to-day order fulfilment, own DC bookings and act as the first escalation point for delivery issues within the order-to-cash cycle.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing and 3PLs to ensure on-time stock delivery. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in FMCG or liquor operations, experience with SAP/Oracle or similar ERP, and strong communication

Qualifications

3–5 years in FMCG/operations or liquor industry.
Experience using SAP, Oracle or other ERP.
Demonstrated leadership of operations teams.
Customer-focused mindset with warehousing and transport understanding.
Strong problem solving, analytical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead team to deliver day-to-day customer order fulfilment and service levels.
Own and deliver customer DC booking outcomes.
Be first point of escalation for order/delivery issues in the order-to-cash cycle.
Provide operational reporting and KPI management.
Drive proactive customer communication and timely updates.
Support broader Supply Chain activities as needed.
