Job summary

Diageo Australia is seeking a seasoned Third-Party Operations & Bulk Store Manager to lead external manufacturing partners and the Huntingwood Liquid Bulk team. You will drive governance, safety, quality, and cost efficiency across the network, collaborating with planning, procurement, quality and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain or related operational environments.
• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations and working with external manufacturing partners or co-manufacturers.
• Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate performance into outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance and operational governance of third-party manufacturing partners across safety, quality, service, cost and sustainability.
• Lead and develop the Huntingwood Liquid Bulk team, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable day-to-day operations.
• Build strong partnerships with external manufacturers and internal stakeholders to align capacity, supply plans, service requirements and business priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence using Lean, Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Lead strategic projects including product transfers, network optimisation, capacity improvements, productivity and cost-saving initiatives.
• Identify supply and operational risks, develop mitigation plans and strengthen business continuity across the external manufacturing network.
• Champion accountability, collaboration and a continuous improvement culture, using performance data and KPIs to drive better outcomes.
