Responsibilities include setting up clients in BrokerEngine and AFG FLEX, lodging applications, tracking approvals, and providing weekly client updates. Hybrid work from Scoresby with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mortgage broking support or loan processing.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail across many concurrent files.
• Clear, confident communicator by phone and email with clients and banks.
• Understand lending deadlines and urgency in processing and settlements.

Responsibilities

• Set up new clients and deals in BrokerEngine, AFG FLEX and document systems, and follow up information.
• Prepare, key and lodge applications and manage through to approval; follow up lenders and clear conditions.
• Request pricing and valuations and assist with back-book pricing reviews.
• Manage approved loans through to settlement: documents, figures and pre-settlement checks.
• Coordinate construction progress payments and loan maintenance with clients and lenders.
• Provide weekly updates and act as the main client contact.
• Keep Trello workflow, deadlines and admin inbox under control.
• Close out files, post-settlement checks and audit-ready records.
• Handle enquiries and loan maintenance including rates, splits, redraws and direct debits.
