Job summary

Easy Authoring is seeking a Learning Specialist to design, develop and deliver face-to-face training and to handle training logistics, administration and evaluation. The role focuses on creating classroom-based materials for systems training and delivering sessions, including rostering and post-go-live support.

The incumbent will work with stakeholders to align learning to frontline audiences, produce facilitator guides and user manuals, and ensure successful training outcomes with robust

Qualifications

• Experience as an Instructional Designer developing in-person training materials.
• Experience delivering training to frontline staff.
• Previous experience working on systems training projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop role-based learning aligned to frontline audience groups including Public Transport Coordinators, internal and external transport operators, and operational readiness teams.
• Develop facilitator guides, quick reference guides and user guides with screenshots and guidance on exceptions.
• Deliver training to groups of up to 25 participants; schedule may require multiple sessions.
• Consult with stakeholders including change managers, workforce competency partners, project managers, communications specialists, data analysts and the project sponsor.
• Manage training invitations, attendance records, feedback surveys and readiness reporting.
• Provide post-go-live FAQs and hypercare support and coordinate handover of learning assets.
