V/Line, a key Victorian transport operator, is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to drive our SharePoint Online and Power Platform capability. You will guide a specialist team, delivering innovative solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualificações

5+ years experience developing, managing, and administering Power Platform and SharePoint environments.
3+ years leading a team responsible for Power Platform and SharePoint environments.
Proven ability to identify technical/business problems and build solutions.
Stakeholder relationships across internal and external partners.
ITIL V4 qualification (desirable).
Tertiary qualifications in IT or related fields (desirable).

Responsabilidades

Lead and shape the SharePoint & Power Platform capability as Team Lead.
Guide a team of specialists delivering solutions across Power Apps, Automate, and SharePoint Online.
Drive platform excellence, champion best practices, and maximise digital workplace value.
Collaborate with the Application Test Team Lead to ensure reliable, scalable solutions.
Support business success by improving collaboration and process efficiency.
