V/Line is seeking a Leadership role within the Technology Team to lead and shape our SharePoint and Power Platform capability. This hands‑on leadership position will guide a team of specialists delivering SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft solutions.

You will drive platform excellence, champion best practices, and ensure reliable and scalable digital workplace tools that support collaboration and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years’ experience developing, managing and administering Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint environments.
• Must have 3+ years leading/managing a team responsible for developing, managing and administering Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint environments.
• Proven experience identifying technical/business problems and building solutions.
• Established experience building meaningful relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
• ITIL V4 qualification is highly desirable.
• Tertiary qualifications in IT or related fields are highly desirable.

About the role

Lead and shape our SharePoint and Power Platform capability as our new SharePoint & Power Platform Team Lead. In this hands‑on leadership role, you'll guide a team of specialists while delivering innovative solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

You’ll drive platform excellence, champion best practices, and help maximise the value of our digital workplace technologies. Working closely with the Application Test Team Lead, you’ll ensure reliable, scalable, and high‑quality solutions that enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and support business success.

About you

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following key selection criteria within their application, as this forms part of our merit‑based recruitment process:

Must have 5+ years’ experience successfully developing, managing and administering Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint environments

Must have 3+ years’ experience in leading/managing a team responsible for developing, managing and administering Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint environments

Proven experience successfully identifying technical/business problems and building solutions to them

Qualification in ITIL V4 (highly desirable)

Tertiary qualifications in IT, or related fields (highly desirable)

Salary for this position is commensurate to the successful candidate’s aligned skills and experience to the position.
