Job summary

TSA Group is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative based in Perth to represent NRMA as part of our client IAG. You will handle inbound calls, educate customers on policies, and drive customer satisfaction while supporting sales and retention goals.

The role offers paid training, progression opportunities, and a hybrid work arrangement with potential work-from-home days after probation. Competitive base salary with incentives and additional benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, helping customers with their insurance needs.
• Use effective communication skills to build rapport and provide engaging customer experiences.
• Offer General insurance products - Motor, Home and CTP insurance as well as NRMA Roadside Assistance (On behalf of NRMA).
• Be flexible with hours to ensure we're available when our customers need us.
• Provide Paid Training & Salary Progression: base salary of $55,800 + Super during training; after production, base salary increases to $58,220 + Super.
• Earn a monthly incentive based on KPIs, up to $200 in the first 6 months and up to $500 thereafter.
