Job summary

The NRMA is seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Customer Sales Representative to be the first contact for prospective customers and members seeking to purchase or amend Roadside Assistance memberships. This hybrid role combines remote work with occasional office presence in Sydney Olympic Park or Gosford, requiring excellent listening, problem-solving and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Significant customer service and/or sales experience in a similar customer facing or office-based environment.
• Can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment and keep their cool under pressure.
• Demonstrate empathy and initiative to be solutions focused, making every member feel heard and supported.
• Love navigating multiple computer systems and staying organized while meeting KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and sales for NRMA Roadside Memberships.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions to add value.
• Engage customers with positive energy, empathy and professional service.
• Maintain high service levels and contribute to KPI targets in a busy contact centre.
