Job summary

HiBob is seeking an Implementation professional to guide customer deployments from handover to go-live. You will configure Bob, prepare client teams for launch, and work mainly with upper-SMB to lower mid-market customers.

You’ll translate system concepts for HR stakeholders and keep projects progressing with clear governance. You don’t need a traditional background; transferable skills in HR, business analysis, or customer success are welcome as you move toward a tech-and-customer focus role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role involving systems, onboarding, or HR operations.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Structured approach to managing projects, priorities, risks and expectations.
• Comfortable with data and process design in HR/People tech.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from handover after sale through to go-live.
• Guide customers through system setup, data preparation and configuration.
• Translate technical concepts into practical guidance for HR stakeholders.
• Ensure project momentum with clear communication and governance.
• Diagnose issues, work through ambiguity, and deliver practical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve repeatable implementations across APJ.
