Job summary

Group Elephant in Australia is seeking an Implementation Consultant with Dayforce Talent Modules expertise to help clients deploy HCM solutions.

You’ll lead workshops, gather requirements, and configure Dayforce, delivering projects from kickoff to go-live while maintaining high-quality standards and customer success. The role is hands-on and requires strong communication and planning skills.

About the role

We’re expanding and looking for Implementation Consultants with expertise in Dayforce Talent Modules. If you’re passionate about helping clients nurture and grow their talent, and want to work with cutting-edge HCM technology, this is your opportunity.

This is a hands-on role. You'll lead workshops, engage with clients, shape solutions, complete configuration and implementation activities, and help deliver successful projects from beginning to end.

• Deep expertise in HR business processes
• Strong facilitation and requirements-gathering skills
• Ability to interpret HR requirements and translate them into Dayforce configuration.
• Hands-on Dayforce experience (implementation projects or business-as-usual operations)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with consistently high quality
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to customer success
