Coal Services Pty Limited is seeking a proactive HSE Advisor to support WHSE teams across multiple units. You will provide practical guidance to managers and staff, ensure compliance with WHS legislation, and assist with training materials and system updates.

Qualifications

• HSE qualifications (tertiary preferred, Cert IV min).
• Experience as WHSE Advisor or similar role.
• Sound knowledge of WHS legislation, regulations, and codes of practice.
• Experience conducting workplace audits and inspections.
• Able to engage with frontline employees and leadership.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical advice to managers and employees to ensure WHSE compliance.
• Support WHSE committees and help units manage risks and hazards.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct workplace audits and inspections.
• Assist with safety training materials and WHSE course updates.
• Support the WHSE Manager with safety projects and reporting.
• Foster a proactive safety culture through team engagement.
