Job summary

Data#3 is a fast-paced, hands-on HR operations role at the heart of our People & Culture team. You will manage onboarding, employment changes and offboarding while ensuring accurate employee data and robust reporting.

You will leverage HR systems and Excel to generate insights, support process improvements, and help deliver an exceptional employee experience in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and payroll or administration
• Experience using HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data
• Confidence working with people data and reporting
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and strong problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and a strong customer service focus
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and priority management
• A process improvement mindset and curiosity to understand why a process works

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, employment changes, parental leave and offboarding
• Prepare employment agreements, contract variations, remuneration documents and correspondence
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records across systems and files
• Prepare workforce reports and dashboards, validating data and trends
• Coordinate visa and immigration administration, monitoring and liaison
• Support improvements to People & Culture systems, forms and workflows
• Provide coordination and administrative support for the Chief People Officer
