Job summary

Humanforce is a global HCM tech company seeking a People Operations Partner to join our People & Culture team. The role blends day-to-day HR operations with junior People Partner duties, focusing on accurate processes, data integrity and a proactive, improving mindset.

You will support onboarding, payroll data accuracy, policy maintenance and reporting, while partnering with leaders to apply People processes consistently across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations or HR coordination in a growing org.
• Strong admin skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll or employee management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data confidentiality.
• Prepare employment docs, variations, letters and correspondence.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth experience.
• Support payroll data accuracy and liaise with payroll providers.
• Handle People inboxes and respond timely to queries.
• Maintain People policies, templates and guidelines.
• Prepare regular People reports and data insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline People processes.
• Support performance, remuneration, engagement and talent processes.
