Job summary

Toyota Motor Corporation Australia is seeking a proactive Fleet Reporting & Administration Coordinator to support fleet operations for government and corporate clients. Based at Sydney Olympic Park, you will manage end-to-end fleet orders, allocate vehicles, and ensure on-time delivery while driving regional sales initiatives.

You will analyse performance data, collaborate with dealers and internal teams, and maintain reporting systems to enable accurate planning and exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, fleet, logistics or operational coordination.
• Understanding of fleet operations, logistics or supply chain environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end fleet ordering process for government and key fleet customers, ensuring seamless order management, vehicle allocation and on-time delivery.
• Drive sales and customer outcomes by supporting regional fleet sales initiatives, identifying dealer opportunities and helping optimise order-to-delivery performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and dealer network to ensure fleet plans, progress updates and key priorities are communicated effectively.
• Analyse performance data and market trends to provide insights, support decision-making and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate reporting and fleet management systems that enable effective planning, forecasting and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
