Job summary

Netwealth - See Wealth Differently (ASX:NWL) is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the front line for advisers and clients. You will address inquiries via phone, email and online chat, resolve issues, and build product knowledge while representing the brand with professionalism.

You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, Product, Technology and Risk & Compliance to ensure accurate records and exceptional outcomes. This role emphasizes problem solving, empathy and proactive service.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience (financial services/platform experience is highly regarded).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • The ability to remain calm and solution-focused in demanding situations.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, superannuation or investments is highly regarded.
  • RG146 qualification (or willingness to obtain) is advantageous.
