CMC Markets is seeking a Client Services Representative in our Chatswood office, Sydney. You will respond to client queries by phone, email, live chat, and messaging, acting as a brand ambassador and driving exceptional service.

Gain RG146 qualification through training and grow within a fintech leader, with a 60,000 AUD base plus super in a full-time permanent role based in Australia.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation
• Passion for financial services industry
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Resilience and adaptability in a high-volume environment
• Eligible to work in Australia

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps clients coming back.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to our reputation.
• Participate in a rotating schedule between 7:30am and 8:00pm.
