Job summary

Ivega Global in Sydney is seeking a hands‑on Hybrid Financial Services Business Analyst for an 18‑month max‑term contract. You’ll support project and product delivery within the ANZ Programme, aligning stakeholders, vendors and partners to define requirements and drive agile delivery.

You’ll conduct interviews, analyse workflows, create epics and user stories with acceptance criteria, produce mock‑ups, and coordinate UAT across offices. Strong BA experience in financial services is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst within financial services.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• BA tools and techniques such as Jira, Confluence, process modelling, wireframing, data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
• Conduct interviews, workflow and process analysis to elicit and document clear, concise business and functional requirements
• Create and help manage a backlog of epics and user stories, including detailed acceptance criteria to guide development and testing
• Produce mock‑ups and partner with development teams to design effective, achievable solutions
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing across all CMC offices
• Maintain up to date documentation and communicate changes to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Present demos and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives within the Product team and broader organisation
• Lead and/or support all phases of the project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery and post‑implementation review
