Goldsmith Civil and Environmental is seeking a Graduate Accounts Payable / Finance Officer to join our Hawthorn East team on a 3-month contract. The role will provide essential support to our accounts payable function, processing invoices in Workbench and Xero and assisting with general accounting duties.

This is suitable for a graduate or someone with 1–2 years experience seeking hands-on finance exposure.

Mansioni

• Processing supplier invoices in Workbench and Xero.
• Setting up new suppliers and credit applications.
• Managing accounts email inboxes and keeping them up to date.
• Reconciling supplier statements and handling supplier queries.
• Processing Credit card payments over the phone.
• Assist with month end reconciliation duties.
• Support the broader finance team with general adhoc and administrative task.
