Job summary

The Network, part of Sovereign Capability Group, is expanding its Defence and government recruitment practice in South Australia. This role calls for an experienced recruiter to shape and grow a high-trust client base across Defence, Federal Government and allied technology sectors.

You will manage permanent and contract assignments, build candidate networks including security-cleared professionals, and drive revenue through disciplined business development in SA.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment, business development or account management experience.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Defence, Federal Government, technology or professional services markets.
• Proactive, relationship-driven approach and revenue focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Defence, Federal Government and defence industry clients.
• Generate new business through disciplined sales activity and market mapping.
• Identify, attract and place security-cleared professionals.
• Build trusted candidate networks and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline, and support growth of the practice in SA.
