Job summary

Everi Pty is seeking an Events Manager to support the Senior Event Producer in planning and executing client-focused events, from brief to activation. You will build strong client relationships, work with suppliers, and contribute to event concepts while maintaining budgets.

The role emphasizes creativity, advanced MS Office skills, and a keen eye for detail within a fast-paced agency. Hybrid work and a salary range are offered depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Event Manager or Senior Event Coordinator in a fast-paced agency.
• Creative event experience with ability to develop client proposals including theming and content delivery.
• Advanced MS Office skills; Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign are preferred but not essential.
• High level of skill and knowledge in Event Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop event concepts for client briefs.
• Plan events from start to finish, staying on budget.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure best prices and practices.
• Research services to create the desired outcome.
• Source quotes for complex event details.
• Track budgets throughout planning.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Close budgets with post-event reconciliation and templates.
• Prepare post-event reports.
• Allocate incoming invoices.
• Communicate issues to the event director.
• Manage client social media posts.
