Job summary

Everi Pty is seeking an Events Manager to support the Senior Event Producer in planning and executing client-focused events, from brief to activation. You will build strong client relationships, work with suppliers, and contribute to event concepts while maintaining budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Event Manager or Senior Event Coordinator in a fast-paced agency.
• Creative event experience with ability to develop client proposals including theming and content delivery.
• Advanced MS Office skills; Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign are preferred but not essential.
• High level of skill and knowledge in Event Management.

Job Description

The Events Manager is primarily responsible for assisting the Senior Event Producer in planning and executing events from initial brief to final activation, including establishing and developing strong client relationships, developing event contingency plans, maintaining effective event budget tracking, and contributing to overall idea generation of the event design.

• Event concept development for client briefs.
• Planning an event from start to finish, while remaining on budget.
• Work with suppliers when developing new concepts to ensure the best price and practices are obtained.
• Research available services to create the outcome.
• Sourcing quotes on complicated event details.
• Budget tracking throughout the planning process.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Final reconciliation of event budgets on completion of the event inc event templates for each event such as budget, tracking, checklist, and production schedules with the Project Lead.
• Post-event reports.
• Allocate incoming invoices.
• Communicate any issues to the event director.
• Manage client social media posts.

• Experience working as an Event Manager or Senior Event Coordinator within an Events Agency fast paced environment
• Creative events experience with ability to develop proposals for clients which include theming and content delivery
• Advanced skill level in the use of all MS Office applications
• Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are preferred but not essential.
• High level of skill & knowledge in Event Management.

Work Environment

• Full-time permanent role, working 4 days a week in the office with one day working from home
