Job summary

Everi Pty is seeking a highly organised events and stakeholder engagement professional to coordinate high-profile meetings, forums and brand activation from concept to delivery. You will manage invitations, venues, and run sheets while liaising with senior leaders and external stakeholders.

The role offers hybrid working with visibility across priorities and initiatives, focusing on consistent engagement, risk management and timely communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in events or stakeholder engagement or related field.
• Experience delivering complex, end-to-end events.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Experience liaising with senior/internal external stakeholders is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stakeholder engagement activities aligned with priorities.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, roundtables and engagement programs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of executive and stakeholder events
• Manage invitations, attendee lists, venues, suppliers and run sheets
• Coordinate approvals, protocols, risks and dependencies
• Capture outcomes and follow-up actions
• Support brand and engagement standards implementation
• Coordinate communications and approvals for announcements
• Prepare briefing notes and speaking points for senior leaders
• Maintain oversight of upcoming events and milestones
