Job summary

Everi Pty in Sydney is seeking an experienced Event Producer to join our team on a major client project. You will report to the Senior Producer and manage venue liaison, stakeholder relationships and logistics to ensure flawless delivery.

You will support the Project Lead, lead venue coordination, supplier management, design and production of venue assets, signage, and on-site checks. The role requires attention to detail, calm under pressure, and strong client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Agency experience and proven ability to work with venues and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in event delivery.
• Experience managing supplier logistics and requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional, proactive communication with client and venue to build positive relationships.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and coordinate for best outcomes.
• Lead venue coordination and manage venue requirements with suppliers.
• Consult on venue layout, setup, space allocation, and on-site logistics (F&B, accomodation, access, guest experience).
• Produce print collateral, gifts, certificates, and on-site assets; manage signage and branding.
