Job summary

Lendi Group is seeking an Events & Experience Coordinator to bring great experiences to life—from idea to pack-down. You’ll coordinate a diverse events calendar across Lendi Group, including broker, partner and team events, with our Sydney office acting as an events hub.

This 12-month contract role requires hands-on delivery, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple events. Hybrid working supports balance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination or hospitality.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and execute events end-to-end.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events end-to-end from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Deliver state-based and national events for broker, partner and team audiences.
• Support budgets, scheduling, venues, catering and suppliers.
• Ensure events run smoothly and on-brand across venues and the Sydney hub.
• Troubleshoot last-minute changes and stay calm under pressure.
