Port Macquarie-Hastings Council is seeking an Enterprise Business Analyst to join our Digital Technology team. You will turn complex business needs into practical solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and support enterprise applications and ERP projects.

You will analyse requirements, document processes, and drive improvements while maintaining strong communication across teams in a busy, collaborative environment. This role offers hybrid work arrangements and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• At least 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with enterprise applications or ERP projects.
• Proven experience gathering requirements and driving process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for enterprise-level applications and systems.
• Analyse business needs with critical thinking; document problems and proposed solutions clearly.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications with the Digital Technology team and external vendors.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Support defect analysis, enhancement requirements, and UAT with the Enterprise Applications team.
