Zusammenfassung

Workwear Group (WWG), part of Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety, is seeking a Demand Planner to forecast demand across our KingGee, Hard Yakka, and NNT brands. You will collaborate with Sales, Merchandise and Supply Planning to build a robust view of future demand and provide visibility of risks, opportunities and trends.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' experience in Demand Planning, forecasting or a related planning role.
• Strong understanding of forecasting principles, including accuracy, bias, trends and seasonality.
• Advanced analytical skills with Excel and experience using demand planning systems.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, trends, seasonality, market insights and inputs.
• Partner with Sales and Merchandise to understand demand drivers and build evidence-based forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, investigate variances and implement improvements.
• Communicate forecast changes, assumptions, risks and opportunities with Supply Planning.
• Support S&OP processes and contribute to informed business decisions.
• Participate in scenario planning, new product development and seasonal reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement across demand planning processes, systems and ways of working.
