Job summary

Workwear Group is seeking a Demand Planner to drive data-driven forecasting across our brands and customers. You will partner with Sales, Merchandise and Supply Planning to build a robust view of upcoming demand, ensuring visibility of risks, opportunities and trends to inform inventory and commercial decisions.

You’ll analyse historical performance, market insights and customer trends, challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities to improve forecast quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Demand Planning or forecasting.
• Strong forecasting principles: accuracy, bias, trends and seasonality.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with planning systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using data and trends.
• Partner with Sales and Merchandise to understand drivers.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, investigate variances, and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning to communicate forecast changes, risks and opportunities.
• Support the S&OP process and informed business decision-making.
• Participate in scenario planning, NPD, seasonal reviews and SLOB reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement across demand planning processes, systems and ways of working.
