Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a highly analytical Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. You will develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts that support production planning, inventory optimization, service levels, and business growth.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Operations and Supply Planning to translate market and sales insights into actionable demand plans, enabling informed decision-making and operational

Qualifications

Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, and Inventory Management.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with forecasting or planning systems (SAP and Blueshift an advantage).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, customer insights, and market trends.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align plans.
Balance product availability with inventory investment and manage risk.
Support IBP processes and contribute to new product launches.
