Milwaukee Tools is seeking a Demand Planner for ANZ to build a fit-for-purpose demand plan, addressing gaps, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio. You will report to the Demand Planning Lead and operate from our Notting Hill hybrid office, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory balance.

The role requires a business degree, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP S/4HANA and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Business degree or similar is required.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Proactive with CI delivery to improve demand outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience using SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage demand inputs from various sources.
• Monitor system health for forecast generation.
• Collaborate across functions to balance stock across plants.
• Own demand sensing and updating systems with latest data.
• Provide lifecycle input for new products and transitions.
• Generate KPI reports for purchasing and inventory in S&OP.
• Drive continuous improvement in demand and supply chain processes.
